TO RECRUIT, THROUGH OUR CHAPTERS, AT LEAST 200 NEW MEMBERS WITH A MINIMUM OF A 10% MEMBERSHIP INCREASE IN EACH CHAPTER BY DECEMBER 31, 2009
TO ACHIEVE A RETENTION LEVEL OF AT LEAST 90% FOR 2009 FOR EACH CHAPTER AND FOR THE ASSOCIATION.
TO ESTABLISH AT EACH CHAPTER A DETAILED PLAN TO ENSURE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN CHAPTER MEETINGS/ACTIVITIES NLT APRIL 1, 2009.
TO ESTABLISH OR CONTINUE AT EACH CHAPTER AT LEAST ONE “COMMUNITY SERVICE” PROJECT, NLT APRIL 1, 2009.
TO APPOINT AT EACH CHAPTER A TOPS (THE OFFICER PLACEMENT SERVICES) OFFICER NLT MARCH 1, 2009.
TO HAVE A CHAPTER ASSISTANCE TEAM (CAT) MEMBER CONTACT THE CHAPTER PRESIDENTS OF CHAPTERS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES TO DEVELOP AN ASSISTANCE PLAN BY FEBRUARY 1, 2009.
TO SUBMIT FROM EACH CHAPTER A NOMINATION TO MOAA FOR A CHAPTER EXCELLENCE AWARD BY JUNE 1, 2009.
TO SCHEDULE AND HAVE AT LEAST ONE MOAA STAFF MEMBER OR BOARD MEMBER AS A SPEAKER FOR A CHAPTER MEETING(S).
TO APPOINT A CHAPTER PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER (PAO) NLT FEBRUARY 1, 2009.
